Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, hair removal creams, and oils (e.g. Cosskin Cream, Floral Hair Removal Oil) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@riselinknaturals.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
